Description
SPI Pultruded profiles are produced using a proprietary combination of E-glass reinforcements and thermosetting isophthalic polyester or vinyl ester resin systems.
All standard profiles except rods are produced with a surfacing veil which increases U.V. and corrosion resistance and prevents glass fibres from penetrating the surface.
Saudi Pultrusion Pultruded Profiles are offered in three types designed for different environments.

An all purpose series utilizing an isophthalic polyester resin system. Does not comply with ASTM D-635 or UL 94V-0 fire rating. Colour: Olive Green |
| Fire Retardant Polyester (FR) |
An all purpose series also utilizing an isophthalic polyester and UV inhibitor but with built-in fire retardant additives.Complies with ASTM E-84 and the self extinguishing requirements of ASTM D-635 and UL 94V-0 fire rating. Colour: Grey |
| Fire Retardant Vinyl Ester (VE) |
A premium series which offers both fire retardency and high corrosion resistance. This series utilizes a vinyl ester system with U.V. Inhibitor Complies with ASTM E-84 and the self extinguishing requirements of ASTM D-635 and UL 94V-0 fire rating. Colour: Beige |
